Online Ordering

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you order online, you are not making a final purchase; you are raising an order that will be processed by our Customer Service.

  1. You must select your vehicle, i.e., the make, model, version (if applicable) and year to find out which trailer hitches or bike racks are suitable.
  2. If you want SRG to install your trailer hitch, you must select the “With installation” option just above the price.
  3. Then click on “Add to cart” and make the appropriate selections in the options window (if applicable).
  4. When your order is complete, you must go to the cart (link at the top of the page) to check that you’ve ordered the right products. When ready to order, you must go to the next step to enter your personal information.
  5. Once the order is sent to SRG, a customer service agent will contact you by phone to confirm your order, inform you of your appointment date (for the installation) or delivery fees (if applicable) and make the payment (see Payment Methods).

Delivery may be made to your home or workplace; we deliver across Canada.

Delivery fees are not included in your subtotal. These fees vary depending on the number of items ordered and delivery address.

Payment Methods

For an installation at SRG, the following payment methods are available:

  • Visa or Mastercard
  • Cash
  • Interac (direct payment)

For home delivery, you must have a Visa or Mastercard credit card handy to make your payment by phone.
