Online ordering of trailer hitches, accessories and bike racks
IMPORTANT NOTE :
By ordering online, you are not making a definitive purchase, but rather generating an order that will be processed by our customer service department.

You need to select your vehicle, i.e. choose the make, model, version (if applicable) and year, to find out which trailer hitch(es) or bike rack(s) are suitable for it.

If you wish to have your trailer hitch installed by SRG, select the “With Installation” option just above the price.

Then press “Add to Basket” and make the appropriate choices in the options window (if applicable).

When you have completed your order, go to the shopping basket (link in the site header) to check that you have ordered the correct products. When you are ready to order, go to the next step to enter your coordinates.

Once the order has been sent to SRG, a customer service agent will contact you by telephone to confirm your order, give you your appointment date (for installation) or the delivery charges (if applicable) and make the payment (see payment methods).
We can deliver anywhere in Canada to your home or workplace.
Delivery costs are not included in the subtotal of your order. These costs will vary according to the number of products ordered and the delivery address indicated.

The following payment methods are available for SRG installations:
- Visa or Mastercard
- Cash
- Interac (direct payment)
For home delivery, you will need a Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay by phone.
